Downloading *.wft files from STAT differs in size when downloading from Workflow Definition Loader -
Description
When download/uploading *.wft files from Stat, it is not being downloaded/uploaded correctly. The workflow file fails. We have noticed there is a size difference when downloading a *.wft file from stat compared to downloading it from Oracle Applications program 'Workflow Definition Loader'.
