After running the Exchange to Notes mail routing process, the tool adds the .NSF extension to the Mail File path.
By default, Notes Person Documents have the following Mail File paths:
Mail File: mail\username
The tool changes Mail File path value to mail\username.NSF
This may cause mail routing issues in some environments.
WORKAROUND 1
Verify .NSF extension is the root cause of the mail flow by only remove .NSF from the mail file field without changing anything else
WORKAROUND 2
1- Export the user collection into TSV
2- Find DominoServerAddress column T
3- Remove .nsf extension at the end
4- Save user collection
5- Import the user collection
6- Perform a new Exchange to Notes mail routing process
