Capture memory leak with Capture: 10007 - out of room in (4313636)

Capture was failing with the following error:

Even after rename the *cmap* files from $SP_VARDIR/state and increase the param SP_OCT_MAX_SESSIONS  ( See Solution 95857) capture is still failing with the same errors.
