To create and submit a support bundle:
From Foglight.com
1 On the Administer >Select your application> Agent Management > Agent Status & Troubleshooting tab, click Support Bundle.
This option will upload the bundle directly to the APM SaaS team.
2 Optional — To explore the contents of the support bundle before you submit it, click What’s in my support bundle?
a Click Yes to download the support bundle contents.
b When prompted, open the downloaded file or save it to your hard drive.
3 Type a description of the problem in the text box on the Support Bundle dialog box. When finished, click Upload.
With this option, You can download bundle to your local machine.
From Agent Host
1.Under APM installaton folder, run the createMasterSupportBundle.sh/cmd script
2.The support bundle will be created under <APM_installation_dir>/state/default/support folder
