When performing an Administrator Driven Batch Migration, the following error may be seen in the logs:

ERROR: Unable to login to GroupWise as user 'XXX': CoCreateInstance(CLSID_GroupWare) / ERROR: Unable to initialize GroupWise API: CoCreateInstance(CLSID_System)

STATUS:
This error indicates that the GroupWise client did not completely install/register on the migration machine. Reinstalling the GroupWise client typically resolves the issue.
WORKAROUND:
Please reinstall the GroupWise client on the migration machine and then run the migration again.
