Error: "Service Unavailable" when attempting to access MessageStats Reports web site. -
Description
MessageStats Reports is up and running, then suddenly stops working. When attempting to access the web site the page only comes up with a HTTP 503 "Service Unavailable" error.
When checking the System Log for the server hosting MessageStats Reports, there are 2 related entries, a warning and the other an error. Both are from the W3SVC service, event IDs 1057 and 1059.
