Migrator For GroupWise (MFG) automatically sets Migrated Address Books as E-mail Address Books within Outlook for End User-Driven migrations. However, this information is stored within each user's MAPI profile, which MFG does not have access to in Administrator-Driven Batch migrations.
To manually set a Migrated Address Book (folder) as an E-mail Address Book, please use the following procedure:
1) Open the appropriate PST file.
2) Right click the folder that you wish to include as an E-mail Address Book.
3) Click Properties.
4) Click the Outlook Address Book tab.
5) Click the "Show this folder as an e-mail address book" check box.
6) Click OK.
