When migrating with Groupwise Migrator for Exchange, you may not be able to open an address book or the archives.
If GroupWise Migrator for Exchange is not able to open an address book or the archives, please attempt the following:
1) Delete the Novell Default Settings profile for the migrating user under Properties/Profiles on the Outlook icon.
2) Log into GroupWise as the user. This will recreate the Novell Default Settings profile.
3) Verify that the Novell Default Settings profile was created in step 2 and that it is the default profile.
4) Recreate (or verify the existing) Outlook Exchange profile to which the .psts will be assigned.
5) Run GroupWise Migrator for Exchange again.
