Cause
The QUEST KACE Professional Services Team can assist, for a fee, with configurations of your Service Desk that may be beyond the scope of normal technical support, break and fix, or the standard appliance settings that are available.
The QUEST KACE Professional Services may be able to assist with consultations on:
- System Management Appliance: custom scripts, custom reports, custom ticket rules, or other features that the appliance is capable of with expectations of performing fee based services.
- System Deployment Appliance: Scripted Installation, system images, custom deployments, pre/mid/post installation tasks and more.
Service Desk Sample Offerings
- Create up to three categories and sub-categories.
- Define up to three ticket assignment workflows.
- Define up to three ticket escalation workflows
- Create up to five custom fields.
- Create up to two custom ticket reports.
