Locating the serial number, version, and other details about the SMA (4299443)

It may become necessary to locate specific details about the SMA (KACE Systems Management Appliance).  This has also been referred to in the past as the "About SMA" hyperlink.

Some examples include:

• Version
• Model
• Serial Number
• License Expiration/Usage
• Memory
• CPU
• Storage Details

To obtain these details in versions 13.2 and below:

1. Click on the Need Help box in the upper right-hand corner of the SMA (KACE Systems Management Appliance) web interface. Depending on version, the color of the Need Help may vary.

2. Click on the information icon at the bottom of the fly-out menu.

To obtain these details in versions 14.0 and newer:

1. Click on the circled Question Mark in the upper right corner next to the Bell button.
2. Click on the circled (i)-button
