Error - 500 - Internal Server Error -
Description
When launching Desktop Authority management console after setup, the following message is received:
“500 – Internal Server Error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed."

Cause
An application pool setting in IIS is preventing the page from being loaded.

Resolution
Launch IIS Manager and navigate to ServerName |Application Pools |right click on DAAppPool |Advanced Settings and in the context menu change “Enable 32-Bit Applications” from False to True.
