When logged in as a domain admin and remote to a machine, you get the access to all the information on the System Information portion of the main screen in remote management.
When logged in as a user that does not have Domain Admin credentials you don’t have access to view the Interactive User and Terminal Users field within system information.
To resolve this issue, make the user part of the local administrators group on the local machine. You can follow the link to the KB below to do this using Application Launcher through Desktop Authority.
