The Administrative Service does not start. "Error 1329: This user isn't allowed to sign in to this computer." -
Description
In the Desktop Authority web console under Service Management, the Administrative Service installs on the Domain Controllers but it does not start. Also, the Administrative Service will not start when attempted to do so directly from Windows Services on a specific Domain Controller, instead a message is displayed:
"Windows could not start the Desktop Authority Administrative Service on Local Computer. Error 1329: This user isn't allowed to sign in to this computer."
