Description

Getting a pop-up saying: "We were unable to save the configuration to the local KACE Cloud Ldap Sync Service. Please try again" when trying to configure the LDAP service.

Cause

The user used during the LDAP configuration does not have permission to configure the service in KACE Cloud.
Resolution
To resolve the issue do the following:
1. Login to the KACE Cloud tenant.
2. Select Users and select the user account used to configure LDAP.
3. Verify the user has the System Admin role assigned.
4. Try to configure the LDAP again.
