Some Android phones may not display the phone number information under the Cellular section on device details. -
Cause
This depends on the device utilizing a SIM card that pertains the relevant information. -
Resolution
This feature is partially supported on Android devices, phone number information can only be displayed if it is baked into the SIM card by the provider.
A simple way to confirm if what KACE Cloud reports is by going to About Phone or Settings > About Phone > Status.
If the phone number is not displayed in either the "About phone" or "status" page, KACE Cloud will not be able tot report it either.
