During Android enrollment the following error message is received:

License limit reached or Android enrollment is not configured. Please contact your administrator

Cause
A prerequisite for Android device enrollment is not met. Before enrolling any Android devices it is required to first link your KACE Cloud MDM subscription to a Managed Google Play organization. -
Resolution
To enable App Management for Android, go to Settings > Android Settings then click Enroll.
The sign-up process on Google Play will differ based on whether or not you’ve previously created an organization. The following are enrollment requirements:
- The same account must be used for the Managed Play Store account (enrollment) and the Google Play Developer account (publishing private apps).
- The account cannot be a G Suite account.
Once the sign-up process is complete, your Managed Google Play Organization Details will be connected and accessible in KACE Cloud MDM.

After
enrolling the organization, an admin will want to approve the KACE Cloud MDM agent app to ensure automatic updates when new versions are released.More information on this process can be found here.
