High CPU and Memory usage by QuestSoftware.RecoveryManager.AD.Enterprise.Portal.Server.exe
The defect with ID: 590690 will be evaluated by our Product team for a fix in a future release of the product. Currently, there is no ETA.

Workaround:
If Hybrid Recovery is not enabled, then disable the Hybrid service from services.msc.
Now, run backups, and monitor overall CPU usage and see if there is any improvement.
