Support or Development team might request to run Intrust Repository viewer in support mode to collect REL query details. -
Resolution
In order to start Repository Viewer in support mode and collect REL query:
1) Create a shortcut for C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\InTrust\Repository Viewer\new_RV.exe and add \support key as below
2) Start RV using this shortcut and chose search query you want to collect data for (1) then go to support tab (2) in the right lower corner and click refresh support panel(3), then copy REL Query (4) string and send it to support engineer
