If you use real-time collections in InTrust, you may experience InTrust server performance degradation. The symptoms include frequent InTrust configuration database locks and slow response in InTrust Manager and InTrust Deployment Manager. This happens due to accumulation of temporary data in the InTrust configuration database.
Use the Optimize_InTrust_Config_DB.sql script provided here to resolve the issue. The script clears unnecessary data from the configuration database and prevents subsequent writing of such data. As a result, InTrust Server performance is improved in organizations where real-time collections are used.
This script needs to be run only once. However, you should rerun it after you upgrade InTrust to version 11.4.1 or earlier.
1) Download Optimize_InTrust_Config_DB.sql from the Attachments section.
2) Open SQL Management Studio and connect to SQL server that hosts InTrust configuration database
3) Stop InTrust Server service via services.msc
3) Create a backup of InTrust_Cfg_DB databse
4) Open downloaded script (1 from the picture below)
5) Select InTrust_Cfg_DB databse (2)
6) Press execute (3 on the screenshot) and make sure script has been executed successfully:
