Description
The following error is displayed when trying to configure ITSearch to include Enterprise Reporter data:
Critical Error: [Enterprise Reporter] Cannot resolve collation conflict between "Latin1_General_CI_AS" and "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS" in UNION ALL operator occurring in SELECT statement column 16. Cannot resolve collation conflict between "Latin1_General_CI_AS" and "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS" in UNION ALL operator occurring in SELECT statement column 18. Cannot resolve collation conflict between "Latin1_General_CI_AS" and "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS" in UNION ALL operator occurring in SELECT statement column 58.

Cause
Latin1_General_CI_AS is not supported -
Resolution
Recreate the Enterprise Reported database to use SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS collation.
