The InTrust User Session Monitor Service is not installed during manual Agent install -
Description
When manually installing the InTrust Agents, only the Quest InTrust Agent and the Quest InTrust Agent Installer is installed. The Quest InTrust User Session Monitor Service is not installed. -
Cause
The Quest InTrust Agent and the Quest InTrust Agent Installer services are default services required to install and start the Agent. -
Resolution
The Quest InTrust User Session Monitor Service will be installed on the agent once a gathering job (with the InTrust User Session Tracking data source included) or a Collection has been configured.
