These steps will assist in moving InTrust Repositories to a different storage location. However depending on the configuration of your environment the steps may vary slightly and should be tested in a lab environment where possible.
1) Create a new Share in the new location where you will be migrating the current repository to (so it is accessible via UNC path for example).
2) Stop the InTrust Server, the Real-Time Monitoring and the InTrust Agent services.
3) Depending on the location of the repositories (i.e. if they are C:\... or similar) you should change them to use UNC paths as per https://support.quest.com/kb/17068. Do not use conventional file copying or regular file managers. These methods may fail, because the hierarchical file structure in InTrust repositories uses very long names. Instead, use specialized replication software such as Microsoft Robocopy, to put the repository data in the new location or use Windows NT backup to backup the Repository and restore it to the new location.
4) Start the InTrust Server, Real-Time Monitoring and Agent services. Then under the InTrust Manager | Configuration | Data Stores | Repositories right click and select Properties | Repository tab. Adjust the 'Path to a folder ...' to reference the new location by UNC location, i.e. \\fileserver\d$\pathtorepository (or similar).
5) Once the move has been completed and you have verified the Repository is work as expected in the new location use ITRepositoryRemover.exe command-line utility shipped with InTrust. (Windows tools do not let you delete a repository easily.) The utility resides in <InTrust_installation_folder>\Server\InTrust.
