When a task runs a Knowledge Portal report in InTrust Server (as seen in InTrust Manager), the reporting job fails with the following error:
Report "Alerts Details" failed to process: An error has occurred during report processing. Query execution failed for data set 'MainDataSet'.
But when the same report is manual executed in Knowledge Portal, the report runs successfully.
The task account has all permissions to the config, audit, and alert databases and SRS (SQL Reporting Services).
The job in InTrust Manager is pointing to the wrong database, which is why it is failing in the InTrust Manager console.
The data source in Knowledge Portal is pointing to the correct database, which is why it is running successfully in the Knowledge Portal when executed manually.
Using InTrust Manager, change the database that the reporting job is pointing to; from the audit database to the alert database.
