You might observe following error when opening policy settings:
Error 0x00006666: Cannot refresh node
Reason: 0xAADC1802: Object
'{GUID}' not found in the collection ''

Cause
This issue has been observed when one of the site contain invalid Intrust server GUID -
Resolution
Please browse Sites in intrust manager and make sure non of them have value in the Server name field instead of the actual intrust server name, if that's the case please modify corresponding site and select correct Intrust server name from the dropdown list
