To resolve this issue, take the following steps:
1. Open IIS Manager.
2. Expand the IIS Server and Application Pools.
3. For InTrust 10.7 and lower, select the Quest InTrust Real-Time Monitoring Console, right click and select Stop.
For InTrust 11.0 and up , select the Dell InTrust Real-Time Monitoring Console, right click and select Stop
4. Next right click and start the InTrust Real-Time Monitoring Console.
5. Re test opening the IT Monitoring Console.
