When attempting to gather Oracle Standard Audit trail with an ODBC Proxy, an error similar to the following is recorded in the failed gathering session:
"Internal error: cannot find last position in the gathered database.[Microsoft][ODBC driver for Oracle][Oracle]ORA-00942:ta."
The rest of the Oracle error is likely, "ORA-00942: table or view does not exist".
There account specified in the connection string of the datasource on the InTrust server does not have all of the required Oracle permissions to gather the audit log.
