Description
"InTrust IT Search 11.0" installer fails with the following error:
"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

Cause
User Account Control (UAC) blocks the installer from running as it is not running elevated. -
Resolution
To install the MSI successfully elevate the installer using the following steps:
1. Run command prompt (cmd.exe) as Administrator (right-click and 'Run as Administrator')
2. Execute the MSI from the elevated command prompt.
