Error message appears in the Intrust Manager, InTrust Deployment Manager or event log similar to:
"Cannot install the agent on '%COMPUTERNAME%' because of an error. Error text: Cannot start installation (The system cannot find the file specified. (Win32 error: 2))."
Perform the following steps on the computer where the agent needs to be installed
1. Open CMD and issue
sc delete adcscm
sc delete adcscm_install
2. Open registry editor and delete
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Aelita\ADC
for 32-bit OS
or
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Aelita\ADC
for 64-bit OS
3. Attempt to re-install the agent
