Can GPO ownership be changed from the GPOADmin Console ?
Resolution

From a GPOADmin perspective, all objects managed by GPOADmin should be owned by the GPOADmin service account. The GPOADmin console doesn’t support changing GPO ownership directly, but we do have a PowerShell script that can update all GPOs in the domain to the correct owner.
