Custom actions are no executed for OUs in case the OU is edited based on GPO deletion -
Description
Custom actions are not executed over OU actions in case these are triggered internally by GPOAdmin (OU edit to remove GPO link triggered by GPO deletion).
In case the action is triggered by user from GUI directly all works just fine.
