Unable To Connect To GPOADmin Server Using a gMSA Account.
Description

After installing GPOADmin for the very first time, the following error is seen as soon as you try to connect to GPOADmin server:

If you click "Retry", it will reboot server.
Cause

The GPOADmin_5.17.0.13.exe file was blocked and installation files were extracted without unblocking that file first:
Resolution

Unblock GPOADmin_5.17.0.13.exe and reinstall GPOADmin using new extracted files by doing the following:

1- Unblock GPOADmin_5.17.0.13.exe by selecting the Unblock box, then click Apply and Ok.
2- Run the file to extract new installation files.
3- Uninstall GPOADmin and reboot server if possible.
4- Install GPOADmin.
5- Open GPOADmin console and complete the server configuration.
