GPOs are marked as noncompliant but there is no difference in report -
Description
Some GPOs may be marked as non-compliant, but the difference report for Live versus GPOADmin version displays no difference for those GPOs. -
Cause
This behavior is by design. -
Resolution
Whenever a GPO is opened in the native GPMC console, it gets stamped by the console.
GPOAdmin detects that change and marks the GPO as noncompliant. This is a "safety" feature built into the product.
There may be no actual change performed on the GPO, but GPOAdmin will alert the administrator that somebody has touched the GPO outside the product.
