Several Checked Out objects exist in SYSVOL with the same common name. When you try to Check In the GPO from GPOADmin a "Naming Violation" error occurs.
A replication conflict has occurred and a CNF object is created in the Default naming context in Active Directory partition.
1. Take note of the unique ID (GUID) of the group policy in question by using GPMC, details tab.
2. Launch ADSI Edit, go to the Group Policy Container level in question, under the container “DC=domain,DC=net;CN=System;CN=Policies” and look for a replication conflict object marked with <CNF:GUID>.
CNF means "conflict"
This object can be deleted as it has been created during a replication conflict.
