When trying to edit a Workflow Disabled GPO, the following errors may occur:
"The specified directory service attribute or value does not exist. (Exception for HRESULT:0x8007200A)."
OR
"Access is denied"
OR
"Requested registry access is not allowed"
OR
"Exception of type Quest.Avalance.Exceptions.ServerNotConfiguredException was thrown"
