Requirements and Preparation
Installation Overview
A typical installation of Evolve requires the following components:

A Web Server - used to host the Evolve Web Application.

A Database Server - used to host the Evolve Repository.
-
An Evolve Suite Client – used to create and manage models in the repository.
-
Evolve Clients – used to connect to web sites running on Evolve web sites.
The instructions in this document relate only to the setup and configuration of the Evolve Web Application on the web server machine.
System Requirements
Web Server Requirements
The web server you plan to run Evolve from must meet the following requirements.

If any user accessing the Evolve Web Platform sites using Internet Explorer, you must ensure that the name of the server you installed Evolve on must not include any underscores.
Any issue with Internet Explorer, that mean there is an underscore in the name and thus user faces issue while logging. |
