Cause
This error message means that the MAPI Dataloader configuration is missing a journal mailbox name specified for gathering journal emails.

Résolution
To resolve this issue, go to the Archive Manager Administration web site. On the Data Loaders tab, locate MAPI Data Loader and specify the name of mailbox used for journaling.
