When a current user logs out of an RDP session, the FMS (Foglight Management Server) shuts down. Is it possible for the FMS to continue running when the current user logs out of the current RDP session?
FMS is running in Command Line Mode, which will end when the current user logs out of its current session.
Install and/or run the vFoglight Server service. Within the vFoglight Program Files entry, either choose the "Install vFoglight Service", and/or "Run vFoglight Service". This will ensure the FMS (fms.exe) is running as a service in the background, and will only typically shut down when the server (the machine that is hosting the FMS) itself is shut down.
