Please find the below settings to grab the support bundle, if for any reason vFoglight stops e-mailing the scheduled report:
1. Don't re-start the FMS server.
2. Go to Dashboards | Administration | Rules & notifications -> Manage Registry Variables
Filter by Variable Name: mail.debug
Set the Static Value to True -> Save.
3. Re-run the scheduled report, which stopped sending the e-mail.
4. Go to Dashboards | Administration | Setup & support | E-mail Configuration.
Do test configuration.
5. Generate the support bundle Dashboards | Administration | Setup & support | Manage support bundles -> Create bundle.
6. Once done, upload to the case.
PS: After bundle is complete, revert mail.debug registry back to false.
