Description
When navigating to "Exchange Environment | Server Quick View | Exchange host | CPU Spinner", the "CPU Load" pop-up dialog displays the following message:
"Error rendering view "Percent", please check application logs"

Cause
CPU data collection is failing. -
Resolution
Ensure the CPU data is being collected by the Exchange agent. This can be changed by setting the correct "Collector" within the agent properties for the respective Exchange agent.
