I want vFoglight Storage to monitor my Clariion Arrays but I do not know how to configure the NaviSecCLI agent to talk to vFoglight Storage.

Please download and install the NaviSecCLI agent from EMC. The information here is a guide to help with the installation, but should not be used in place of EMCs documentation. Any information from EMC will supersede this article.
1) Download the NaviSecCLI agent.
vFoglight Storage does not need the full Navisphere suite to monitor the Arrays only the NaviSecCLI agent
The NaviSecCLI agent can be downloaded from EMC Powerlink:
a) Login to your Powerlink account, software and downloads
b) Home > Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Downloads J-O > Navisphere Server Software
c) Then locate: Navisphere Secure CLI (your operating system) 6.29.5.0.66 is the current version as of the writing of this article.
2) Install the NaviSecCLI agent on a DIFFERENT server from FglAM with the Clariion collection agent.
The NaviSecCLI agent must be installed on a different server from the vFoglight FglAM with the Clariion collection agent. Installing the NaviSecCLI agent with all defaults will work for vFoglight Storage 2.0, but install the CLI agent according to your environment and business needs.
On the server with the NaviSecCLI agent installed either turn off the windows firewall, or open the necessary ports for the vFoglight Agent to talk to the NaviSecCLI agent. The ports being used are:
1) Unix - NaviSecCLI connection to vFoglight Storage requires port 22 (SSH)
2) Windows - NaviSecCLI connection to vFoglight Storage via WMI (RPC) using 135/TCP and 445/TCP and all ports above 1000
NaviSecCLI connection to the Arrays: Default port is 443 (UNIX and Windows); User can change default port, if so, then note this as needed in the install.
NOTE: The installation of the NaviSecCLI agent has been tested on 32 bit windows server 2003 (R2), 64 bit windows 2008 (R2), and RH Linux 2.6.9-42 in our Labs. For other operating systems, please contact EMC.
3) Configure the NaviSecCLI agent
The NaviSecCLI does not require any configuration, but the server that has the NaviSecCLI installed must be able to reach the Arrays on ports:
Unix - Navisphere connection to the NaviSecCLI management host requires port 22 (SSH)
Windows - Navisphere connection to the NaviSecCLI management host via WMI (RPC) using 135/TCP and 445/TCP and all ports above 1000
