In vFoglight Storage, my Compellent is not being displayed in the monitoring dashboard.
When I look at the agent properties it has all green checks on the Status Tab, and displays all the arrays in discovered targets with green checks on them.
In some cases the Disk information for the Array is not available in the Enterprise Manager Client. To check this,
1) Open Enterprise Manager Client.
2) Select the array that is not being displayed.
3) Click on the Storage tab across the top of the main window.
4) Select disks. If there is nothing under disks Foglight Storage will not display the array.
1) Remove and re-add the problem storage center in the Compellent Enterprise Manager Client.
2) Then stop and start the Data Collector services on the Enterprise manager Server.
It will take some time for the Data to start to appear but eventually the missing Array will show up in Foglight and present good Data.
