An Oracle Data guard agent is encountering errors for the DBO_Locks_History_Tree and DBO_Top_Blocked_Objects collections when monitoring a read-only Oracle data guard standby database.

For the Lock collection errors
These are permission issues for the Lock History collection due to the fact that a standby environment is read only so locks will never occur.
Resolution
Disable the Alert Log and Lock History Tree collections
