What does the all in the Foglight license mean?
Which is the database cross platform license?
The older Foglight licenses, those with all specified will enable Core components, Infrastructure agents, as well as the DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server database agents.
Any “Foglight” license could be ALL but may not have a SQL PI license, the license must include this text for SQL PI
Newer database cartridges (including Azure SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Amazon Redshift, and PostgreSQL) require their own separate license for each cartridge release included in the quest.licence.foglight.cartridge.license.
for example
this line in a license would enable only the Azure SQL related cartridges, but not SQL Performance Investigator for Azure SQL.

This line in a license would enable the will enable Core components, Infrastructure agents, as well as the DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server database agents as well as the MySQL agent.

The Database_CrossPlatform license (as shown below) is a trial 30-day license included with the "Foglight for Databases" installer which enables all of the Foglight for Database cartridges.
