Cause
Gray Spinners for VMware Agent. No connectivity from the FGLAM and FMS -
Resolution
Resolution Steps
1. Verify, if using the embedded Foglight agent manager.
2. Make sure if there was a port change or something like that on FMS machine.
3. Go to the Administration > Adapters (under agents)
4. Select the Agent Manager in question and make sure is activate it
5. Navigate to Dashboard | Administration | Cartridges | Cartridge Inventory and Deactivate and Activate the FGLAM cartridges
