  Protection status table does not show up for Hyper-V/VMware VMs in a fresh install of FVE 8.8 even though Rapid Recovery agent is successfully collecting data

• Description

  Did a fresh install for Foglight for VIrtualization, Enterprise Edition (FVE) 8.8. Setup agents to monitor Rapid Recovery Core and Hyper-V server. All agents are collecting data successfully however Data Protection status table is not showing for any of the VMs either in QuickView or Explorer dashboards.

• Cause

  Known Defect referenced by Tracking ID VRM-414

• Resolution

  Defect ID VRM-414 has been submitted to Development for a fix in a future Version.

  Please review Release Notes of latest version of Protect cartridge to find out if a fix for this issue is implemented.

  Workaround:

  None.

  Note: This issue impacts only fresh installation of FVE 8.8
