How to delete a custom report template from UI? -
Resolution
Delete custom report template by selecting the template under My Dashboards:
1. Click on the report that you want to delete
2. Go to the Action Panel
3. Go to the General Tab
4. Click on Delete this Report
5. Click OK

Additional Information
Users with the Administrators role can remove unwanted scheduled reports created by other users. Users with this role also have access to all of the available report templates. A user who does not have the Administrator role can only see report templates that have the role that matches their user role.
