While upgrading FMS, upon the completion, it says upgrade successfully finished with warnings, please check the logs for details.
Below error was found in the Install Log:
Delete Folder: Source:server
Status: WARNING
Additional Notes: WARNING - There was a problem deleting D:\Program Files\Foglight\server
The installer was not able to delete this folder.
Errors on the FMS logs:
YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.SSS ERROR [main] org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[jboss.web].[localhost].[/console] - Error configuring application listener of class com.quest.nitro.admin.ui.ConsoleLifecycleListener

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: No ClassLoaders found for: com.quest.wcf.core.services.ServiceLocator
at org.jboss.mx.loading.LoadMgr3.beginLoadTask(LoadMgr3.java:306)
Appears that the server was not completely shut down during the upgrade.
The installer was not able to delete this folder, as a result it looks like there are remnants of old code that are still lingering around.
1. Shutdown the server and confirm that it shuts down successfully before doing anything with the installer.
2. Run the upgrade installer again, allow upgrade.
3. Start the server and confirm proper operation.
If the issue persists, create support case with support bundle taken before upgrade ( as one of best practice ) and zip up logs bundle after upgrade.
Preparing for a Foglight upgrade is straightforward, but may be time-consuming. Before upgrading you should:
1 Create a support bundle from your Management Server. For information on how to do this, see the
“Managing Support Bundles” section in Foglight Administration and Configuration Guide.
2 If you are upgrading the Management Server, back up the file system in which Foglight is installed. For
information on how to do this, see the “Backing up Foglight” section in the Foglight Administration and
Configuration Help.
