HTTPS Certificate about to Expire in Foglight 7.1 and 7.3 (4378735)

The self-signed TLS certificate used by the FMS for the Tomcat webserver is due to expire very soon on the 13th March 2025. After the certificate expires, any FglAMs may refuse to connect the FMS because the certificate will be invalid.

WORKAROUND

Deploy a new Self-signed Certificate for the FMS Server as described in Knowledgebase article 4254114

STATUS

A new certificate was already created and added to the truststore used by FglAMs.  Enhancement Request FOG-10664 was logged to release new versions of the Foglight Management Server configured to use the new certificate.
