The result of executing “Investigate using the XXXXX drilldown...” will appear There Is No Data
This is a product defect
Workaround
1. Login to FMS console with a user that has "Cartridge Developer" privileges.
2. Go to UI definitions: Configuration > Definitions
3. Modify definition "Switch if Error"(See attached 1.SwitchIfError.png)
a. Select "Databases" > "Oracle" > "realtime"
b. Find the view "Real-Time - Container - Switch if Error" (with ID 156)
c. Edit the view, switch to "Context" tab
d. Set "externalSelectedNode" context to Optional
e. For "fallback" edit and type "Null"
f. Save the view
4. Modify definition "Summary Overview" (see 2.SummaryOverview.png and 2a.Summary-Modify.png)
a. Select "Databases" > "Oracle" > "realtime"
b. Find the view "Summary - Overview" (with ID 141)
c. Edit the view, switch to "Context" tab
d. Set "viewsData" context object to Optional
e. Edit value for "fallback", select "function" and find "ViewsData –
create object" from the module /Databases/Oracle
f. Set the value
g. Save the value. (May ignore any Warning message)
5. Repeat Step 4 for "Activity - Sessions" found under "Databases" > "Oracle" > "realtime" > "sessions"

6. Repeat Step 4 for "storage" found under "Databases" > "Oracle" > "realtime"
a. referenceId: system:oracle_realtime_storage.39
