Cause
Unsupported configuration by the Microsoft SQL Server driver.

Resolution
WORKAROUND
Turn off either the Force Encryption or Extended Protection settings in SQL Server.
STATUS
The SQL Server database connection will not work when Force Encryption and Extended Protection are both turned on at the database level because it is not yet supported by Microsoft's JDBC driver.
This is not a Foglight limitation
